Starting May 31st, 2014, I took on a whole new adventure. I am a field accountant for Samaritan's Purse in the Juba, South Sudan office. This is a personal blog to keep everyone back home in the loop about everything I'm learning about African culture, living overseas, and my faith.
I plan to post at least once a month and include a few pictures. Please don't feel obligated to follow religiously or post a comment, but I would ask that for every post you read you say a prayer for me and the rest of the field staff. I hope that providing a little insight on my life will help better direct your prayers for and understanding of the great cross-cultural transitions ahead.
